Training Program Refund policy
Gypsy Lane Technologies Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy pertains to all training programs.

Cancellations and Refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:

Up to six (6) weeks in advance: 100%, less an administrative processing fee;

Less than six (6) weeks in advance but up to ten (10) business days prior: 25%, less and administrative processing fee;

No refunds will be made for cancellations within five business days prior to the starting day of the program.

All refunds will incur a 10% administrative processing fee.

No refunds will be made for “No Shows” (a “No Show” is a person who registers for a program but who does not cancel registration or attend the program).

Refunds will be processed as they are received or after the conclusion of the program, depending on the program date and when cancellation occurs. Refunds may take up to five to seven business days to process.

If GLT needs to cancel the program, GLT may elect to offer transfer of registration to another program, provided such a program is scheduled and space is available.

If GLT determines that a participant must be removed from the workshop/conference for inappropriate or illegal conduct, GLT will provide a full refund of workshop/conference funds.
